Primary Care at the Adolescent Healthcare Center

The Adolescent Healthcare Center provides primary care for young people ages 10 to 26. We work closely with patients to help them manage their health care and reach optimal wellness.  We believe supportive adults are important to help youth achieve well-being, and we include them in visits and care planning when appropriate and with our patients’ knowledge and consent.
