If an application is accepted, an interview will be scheduled. It is preferred that interviews take place in person; phone interviews may be conducted if special considerations are needed. Prior to scheduling an interview, the hospital must develop a contract with the academic institution.
All of the remaining items in the requirements listed above must be sent prior the interview.
