Newport Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

A Lifespan Physician Group Practice

Newport Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Services

Physiatrists, sometimes known as rehabilitative physicians, are nerve, muscle and bone experts who treat injuries and illnesses that affect how you move.

At Newport Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, our two board-certified physiatrists offer a broad array of services, from assessment to diagnosis and treatment, all designed to reduce pain and restore maximum function lost through injury, illness or disabling chronic conditions.

They work in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team that includes neurologists, orthopedic surgeons and physical therapists at Newport Hospital’s award-winning Vanderbilt Rehabilitation Center.
