Three Cedar, A Family Center Resources

Three Cedar, a family center, gives you access to a wealth of resources to help your child. We can assist you in:

• Learning more about your child’s disability and understanding what it means
• Addressing your child’s present and future health care needs
• Finding resources in your own community, obtaining health and administrative information, and arranging referrals to a comprehensive range of services and treatment options
• Deciding on care management and coordination that is home- and community-based
• If your child has Medical Assistance coverage (Medical Assistance, RIte Care or RIte Share), there will be no out-of-pocket expenses for the services that you and your family receive from the center.
