Crisis and Emergency Services

Our crisis/emergency services department delivers 24-hour emergency services, assessment and crisis intervention via phone. In person behavioral health emergency services are also available on a limited basis.

Intake/Screening Department

For those not in crisis and seeking general information or to access programs you can contact the Intake Department. The Intake Department operates from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Screening clinicians are available to answer questions and take information from callers seeking services through Gateway Healthcare. If needed, face-to-face screenings are also scheduled through the intake department at 401-729-8701. Spanish speaking staff members are available to assist you.
