Pediatric Intensivist

Daniel Choi, MD, is a physician with Lifespan pediatric critical care services and an assistant professor of pediatrics at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. He received his bachelor of science degree from Northwestern University and his medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School. He completed his pediatrics residency at the Children's Hospital at Montefiore, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and his pediatric critical care fellowship at Children's National Hospital, George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences.

Dr. Choi has research experience in oxidative stress and ascorbic acid in critically ill children and red cell deformability in pediatric sickle cell disease. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine.
