The Medicine Pediatrics Primary Care Clinic provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages. Our practice includes physicians, nurses and mental health clinicians. In addition to caring for patients, all of our physicians are on faculty at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.

We are certified by the National Committee of Quality Assurance (NCQA) and by the State of Rhode Island (through PCMH-Kids) as a pediatric primary care medical home that provides high-quality family- and patient-centered care for children and youth. NCQA standards align with the joint principles of the Patient-Centered Medical Home, established with the American College of Physicians, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Osteopathic Association.
The Medicine Pediatrics Primary Care Clinic strives to equitably provide compassionate, high quality primary care that is accessible, efficient, and effective to patients of all ages with a collaborative team of professionals, and to support a comprehensive educational experience for residents in a setting that fosters innovation in medical education and primary care delivery.

- During Practice Hours: If you or your child is sick and you have a question or would like to have your child seen, please call the nurse during practice hours, at 401-444-6118.
- After Hours and on Weekends: If you or your child has an immediate concern, a physician is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 401-444-6118.
- Routine Advice: A nurse is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for advice and answers to routine questions. Please call 401-444-6118 and listen to the prompts to speak to the nurse. If the nurse cannot pick up your call immediately, please leave a name and current number and we will call you back.
