The department of plastic surgery at Rhode Island Hospital and Hasbro Children’s Hospital takes a multidisciplinary approach to care, collaborating with colleagues across specialties including ophthalmology, neurosurgery, nutrition, psychology, social work and more.
Our surgeons provide a full range of plastic surgical services, including pioneering techniques in reconstructive procedures, craniofacial reconstruction and cleft repair, hand surgery, and cosmetic surgery.

We apply 3D printing technology to create highly realistic medical models to reduce costs, save time in the operating room and lead to more successful patient outcomes. This technology offers us the capability to develop personalized models for individualized patient care.
