Nursing at Lifespan Hospitals

One of the most significant aspects of nursing at Lifespan is access to working in a variety of professional environments from hospitals to specialty clinics to physician offices.

How We Support Our Nurses

Nurses at Lifespan thrive in an environment that promotes interprofessional collaboration, a spirit of scientific inquiry, autonomy, and the opportunity for professional development.

We ensure successful transition to practice through our Vizient Nurse Residency Program for newly licensed nurses. We also provide competency-based orientation, preceptorship, mentorship, simulation, in person classes, online modules, and a wide array of practice-based learning opportunities.

Studying for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX)? We offer the Kaplan review course for free to all our newly graduated RN hires, saving them more than $400. Lifespan nurses also have access to unlimited free continuing education modules available virtually.
