How the Ticketless System Works

The ticketless system works via text messages on your cellphone. If you do not have a cellphone, you must pay the valet by credit or debit card before you receive your car. Below is a summary of how the system works and what to expect:

  1. A valet enters the customer's information on an iPad.
  2. A virtual ticket sent to the customer via text message.
  3. The customer clicks link in text message to pay the ticket by credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
  4. After the ticket is paid, the customer can click the text link to request the vehicle.
  5. The valet is notified in the app to retrieve the vehicle.
  6. Customer receives a text message when car is ready.
  7. When the service is complete, a text message is sent that the ticket is closed.
