Effective August 24th, 2025, all billing statements for patients with an active MyChart portal will be sent electronically via email and text message. Learn more.

No problem — you can opt out of paperless billing anytime by:
- Visiting the Billing Summary in MyChart
- Calling 401-444-6966
- You’ll receive one electronic notification when your statement is ready
- If not paid within 30 days, a paper statement will be mailed
- No late fees are applied unless otherwise stated in your billing policy
