Beth Burgwyn Fuchs, PhD, is a researcher on the COBRE Center for Antimicrobial Resistance and Therapeutic Discovery at Rhode Island Hospital. She is an assistant professor of research at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. She received her PhD in biology from St. Louis University in Missouri, and completed her research fellowships at Donald Danforth Plant Science Center in St. Louis and Harvard Medical School in Boston. She is a member of the American Society of Microbiology.
