Elizabeth Medeiros, PharmD is a clinical pharmacist specialist providing pharmaceutical care to both adult and pediatric Cystic Fibrosis (CF) nationally accredited outpatient care centers in Rhode Island. She also provides care to pediatric patients with severe asthma. Both of these clinic spaces are located at Hasbro Children's Hospital.
Dr. Medeiros serves as the expert within these interdisciplinary teams with attending physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, dieticians, respiratory therapists, nursing staff, child life specialist, a pharmacy technician, and a clinical pharmacist. She also serves as a primary preceptor for the PGY1 residency programs and the PGY2 ambulatory care resident program.
