Miranda Mitchell, MS, APRN, CPNP-PC, is a certified nurse practitioner at Hasbro Children’s Hospital in the medical/psychiatric inpatient unit. She graduated from Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Institute of Health Professions in Boston with both her BSN and MSN degrees. She has a special interest in maternal-infant bonding, eating disorders, conversion disorder, and somatic symptom disorder. Mitchell has experience with inpatient children and young adults ages 12-to-23 years old suffering with concurrent mental health and medical diagnoses. She has specialty experience and training in the care of patients with eating disorders and is a member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals.
