Image Analysis

Our laboratory is at the forefront of digital pathology, transforming the way we extract pivotal information from images using advanced digital image processing techniques. We specialize in computerized morphometry of microscopic images obtained from both experimental animals and human tissues or cells. Our work extends to the quantification of various biological markers in immunohistochemically stained tumor cells, including biopsies and tissue microarrays.

What sets our lab apart is our commitment to innovation and precision. We have transitioned from using standard software to pioneering our own in-house developed algorithms. These bespoke algorithms, in conjunction with Qupath, offer unparalleled accuracy and efficiency in image analysis. Our state-of-the-art imaging systems are equipped with these custom solutions, providing investigators with the most advanced tools for their research endeavors.

Through this blend of technological mastery and scientific insight, we're not just observing the microscopic world; we're unlocking its secrets to advance our understanding of complex biological systems.
