Hospital Safety Program
The safety of our patients, residents, families, visitors and staff, in a relaxed and healing environment, is our highest priority. Families and visitors are asked to present identification upon arrival, and wear visitor badges during every visit.
Please report safety concerns to our Family Liaison Program at 401-432-1205 and our Safety Manager James McEvoy at 401-444-8064. You may also leave a message with our switchboard at 401-432-1000, or report safety issues directly to hospital staff at any time. We are committed to preventing, detecting and correcting safety issues.
More details can be found in the Patient and Family Information booklet (PDF)
